training philosophy
When you realise that the only person who can do the work is you, it is in your hands to take your life to the next level. Some days you’ll feel like it others your wont. Regardless of how you feel focus on what you want to achieve and push yourself each day. There is something so liberating about doing the work and following through with the things you said you would do. When you’re training it is your time to put everything in it. You can’t expect to half-ass anything and expect great results.
